All your sleep data, audio recordings, coins, gamification progress, and app settings are stored strictly locally on your device. We do not sync, upload, or backup your sleep records to any external cloud servers. You retain 100% ownership and control of your data.
The app requires microphone access to detect loud noises and snoring while you sleep. The audio analysis happens strictly on your device in real-time. If you choose to enable the Snore Recording feature, the recorded audio clips are saved only to your local storage and are never uploaded or shared with third parties.
We may use your device's Light Sensor and Accelerometer to check room brightness and measure your physical movements (tossing and turning). This data is processed locally during your sleep session and is immediately discarded after your Sleep Score is calculated.
You have full control over your data. You can export your sleep history at any time via the Settings menu in the app. You also have the right to use the 'Delete All Data' function, which permanently erases everything from your device.
Since the app operates completely offline for data processing, we do not share any personal or sleep data with third-party analytics or advertising services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the app and on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
